How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address you used to register in the app.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your user account
• All folders you have created
• All video links you have added
• All associated child accounts

Retention Policy

We may retain minimal legal records, such as transaction information, for up to 6 months to comply with financial and legal obligations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
